08/16/13 Plymouth’s City Engineer, Rick Gaul is warning citizens of traffic restrictions this Friday morning.
As part of the River Park Square project, Michiana Contracting will be installing new curbs on the south side of Garro Street in the area between Water and River Streets. Because two-way traffic will be maintained during the installation, there will be no parking on Garro Street between Water and River Streets. Caution is advised in the area.
