03/11/13 On Thursday, March 7th at 5:46 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to the Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. 19 year old, Cody J. Schaetzle of Bourbon was taken into custody for theft and was transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked in on a $3,005 cash bond. Schaetzle is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court I on Tuesday, April 2.
Later Thursday night at 9:34 p.m. Officer Gilmer located, 17 year old, Trevor D. Roth of Plymouth in the area of Skylane Drive and Michigan Street. Mr. Roth was arrested for false informing and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $3,005 cash bond. He also has a court date of Tuesday, April 2nd in Marshall Superior Court II.
