01/30/13 On Friday, January 18th just after 1:00 PM, Trooper Jason Faulstich with the Indiana State Police observed a Ford Explore crossing the center line and weaving off the side of the roadway on to the grass on Plymouth Goshen Trail near 4th Road. Trooper Faulstich initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and suspected the driver to be driving under the influence. The driver was identified as 29 year old Kenneth D. Rundell of Plymouth. He failed a field sobriety test and was transported to the Marshall County Jail for a certified breath test where he tested .21 BAC on Datamaster. Rundell was placed under arrest for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person under 18 years of age. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.
