Plymouth Police Arrests

 01/23/13  On Friday, January 18th at 10:22 PM, Officer Derek Workman with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 300 block of Lake Avenue in reference to a warrant service for a Fugitive of Justice.  33 year old, Leon Gray of Plymouth was located and taken into custody on a warrant through St. Louis County, Missouri.  Mr. Gray was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held without bond for St. Louis County, Missouri.

On Saturday, January 19th at 11:40 AM, Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Center and LaPorte Streets on a minivan whose driver was known to be suspended. During the investigation 45 year old, Christopher Cole of Plymouth stepped out of the van and tried to conceal a Methamphetamine Paraphernalia Pipe.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a Prior.  Cole’s bond was set at $1,505 bond and he was released on Monday, January 21st with No Judicial Review.

A short time later at 12:29 PM, Officer Weir initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Oakhill Avenue on a Buick Skylark for traffic infractions.  During the investigation 33 year old, Charles Margolis of Indianapolis advised that he didn’t have a license.  A check through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles confirmed that Mr. Margolis was Driving while Suspended, a Misdemeanor Charge.  He was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond and was later released that day after posting bond.

At 10:13 PM Officer Derek Workman went to the 300 Block of West Washington Street in reference to a Warrant Service.   23 year old, Timothy R. Brink of Plymouth was taken into custody at his residence for two outstanding warrants through Marshall County for Failure to Appear on Court Costs and Fines with each warrant holding a $195 bond. Mr. Brink was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held pending payment of the bonds.

Monday night at 9:13 PM, Plymouth Police Officers responded to Oak Road and US 30 in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  The vehicle was located and contact was made with 18 year old, Charles B. Lampkins of Plymouth who was found to be in possession of marijuana under 30 grams.  He was taken into custody, transported to the County Jail.  His $1,505 cash bond was paid later that evening and he was released.
