11/04/13 Saturday evening three male juveniles from Bourbon were apprehended by Bourbon Police Officer Matthew Cottrill following a complaint from a concerned citizen.
About 10:15 the Officer Cottrill received a complaint that three male juveniles were trying to get adults to purchase them alcohol at the Bourbon Mini Mart.
The officer later located the juveniles at the Freedom Express parking lot with bottles of alcohol. All three male juveniles were taken to the Bourbon Police Department where their parents were called and required to come get their children. After the required paperwork, all three juveniles were released to their parents after a written promise to appear was signed by each parent.
