10/16/13 On Monday afternoon October 14th at 3:31 Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser responded to Wal-Mart in reference to two shoplifters.
Arriving at the store Officer Emenhiser made contact with 33 year old Mark Matyas of South Bend and 40 year old Leslie Turner of South Bend. During the course of his investigation Mark Matyas was taken into custody and charged with theft and false informing.
Leslie Turner was taken into custody and charged with theft, possession of a controlled III substance and possession of heroin. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on $3,005 bonds each.
