		<description>This might be a good move...however, someone at the Park Board must just LOVE spending other peoples money.  New tennis courts, new swimming pool, more land acquisition, expanded tax base.   Thier largess out of other peoples pockets seems to be unending.

But who are we to question our benevolent betters?</description>
