Why exactly is the Park Department running gambling junkets?

This is the same department that wants to increase the tax base, build new tennis courts, build a new swimming pool, etc.

Sounds like someone is trying to get a park named after themselves on the backs of the hard working families and tax payers of the area. I think it's time the Plymouth Park Dept. learned to live within its budget and stop doing all this exteranious frivilous wasting of tax payer money.
