02/21/13 Plymouth Police were called by Wal-Mart about 2:30 Wednesday afternoon for a shoplifter. Officer James Brown responded and made contact with Wal-Mart’s Loss Prevention and they advised that 59 year old Cathy Paschen of Tyner attempted to leave the store with a cart full of groceries without paying. The female was detained by loss prevention.
Pashen was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for theft. Her initial court date will be March 12th.
