03/21/13 Plymouth Police have a suspect for the January 23rd bomb threat at Plymouth High School. 

Plymouth Police Detective Jim Cox released limited information on the bomb threat suspect. On Monday, March 18th a 15 year old male student from PHS come forth and admitting to writing the bomb threat on the boys restroom wall back on Wednesday, January 23rd. The student expressed to Detective Cox that he had no intentions of harming other students or facility. 

Police Chief Dave Bacon confirmed that a case has been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office.  He also stated that the student has been released to his parents.    

Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Nelson Chipman indicated that the case report has been reviewed by their office and forwarded to the Marshall County Probation Department for its review and action.  Chipman said, “The matter is being handled in the normal process.”
