02/25/13 The Plymouth Kiwanis group recently welcomed two new members. On February 20th Mike Lintner of the Marshall Starke Development Center serenaded the newest members with his clever wit put to music for the entertainment of all.

Heather Kuhn joins Kiwanis from the State Farm Insurance office of Laurie Sutter as a retirement specialist. Kuhn joined Kiwanis because she wanted to get out in the community and meet new people.

Betty Glaub-Gibbs is the director of Membership Development at the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce. Glaub-Gibbs says her new position with the chamber gives her the opportunity to get out in the community and join a service club. She said she joined Kiwanis because Kiwanis is a good fit for her and she was invited to join by several members.

Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and once community at a time. The Plymouth Kiwanis meet each Tuesday at noon at Christo’s Banquet Center in Plymouth and interested new members are always welcome. For more information contact Tom Sibal at 935-8442.
