01/02/13 The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday evening beginning at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The meetings are open to the public for comments and questions.

The City Plan Commission will hold the reorganization with the election of officers and the setting of meeting dates and times.  They also have one application for consideration.  Wenzel Industries is seeking a Minor Subdivision for four parcels to be known as Pineview Estates, located on the south side of State Road 17, just south of Deer trail.  The property is zoned R-2 Suburban Residential.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will update Plan Commission members on the Comprehensive Plan Update project and Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds will have the opportunity to talke about issues he is handling.

The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals is scheduled to meet at 7:30.  After reorganization of the board and setting of meeting dates and times the BZA will hear the variance request of The House of Prayer Church at 12450 Plymouth Goshen Trail.  They are seeking a variance to replace an existing sign with a smaller sign for the church.

The City Attorney and Building Inspector are also on the agenda.
