04/02/13  On Wednesday, March 27th at 3:22 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a female shoplifter. Arriving there 32 year old, Rapsody R. Craig of Culver was arrested for theft.  Ms. Craig was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,505 cash bond.  She was released later that evening after posting her cash bond.

A short time later at 4:41 P.M. Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to the 900 Block of Berkley Street in reference to a warrant service.  Arriving at the residence 27 year old Melissa Y. Johnson, she was arrested on two active warrants out of Fulton County.  Johnson was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Fulton County.

On Friday, March 29th at approximately 10:17 P.M. Office Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at Lincolnway East and Candy Lane.  After further investigation the driver, 33 year old Henry C. Elder of Culver was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance.  Elders was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,505 bond.  He was released on Sunday, March 31st wtih No Judicial Review.

On Sunday, March 31st at 12:02 A.M. Officer Stamper conducted a traffic stop at North Michigan Street and Airport Road on 21 year old Christopher N. Heon of Bremen.  During the investigation Mr. Heon was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.  The passenger in the vehicle, 19 year old Tyler G. Johnson of Bremen was charged with minor consumption and possession of a controlled substance.  Both subjects were transported to the County Jail and held on $1,505 bonds each.
