11/19/13  On Friday, November 15th at 1:54 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Benjamin McIntire conducted a traffic stop at U.S. 30 and Plymouth Goshen Trail for a vehicle that was speeding. During the course of the investigation the driver, 22 year old Victor M. Salas of Argos was found to have never obtained a valid driver’s license.  Mr. Salas was taken into custody for operator never licensed charge and transported to the County Jail and booked in on a $255 cash bond. He was released that afternoon after posting bond and received an December 3rd date to appear in Superior Court II.

On Saturday, November 16th at 3:41 p.m. Officer Matthew Emenhiser responded to K-mart in reference to a female shoplifter.  Arriving at the store, contact was made with 38 year old Dianna S. Kratzchmar of Rochester.  During the investigation Kratzchmar was taken into custody for theft.  She was also found to be in possession of a schedule two narcotic and a legend drug. She was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $1,505 cash bond.  Kratzchmar  was released later Saturday  night after posting bond  and received an December 10th court date in Superior Court I.
