03/21/13 On Sunday, March 17th at 9:02 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman arrested 21 year old, Andrew J. Arce at his residence in the 1,000 block of Holloway Drive after detecting the strong odor of Marijuana coming from his home. Arce was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.
On Tuesday, March 19th at approximately 7:45 A.M. Sergent Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at Oak Drive and Jefferson Street on 42 year old Joseph A. Cromey of Walkerton. During the investigation it was found that Mr. Cromey was driving while suspended with a prior charge that led to his arrest. The female passenger in the vehicle, 29 year old Allison M. Hillyer of South Bend was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $3,005 cash bond. Cromey was transported to the County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.
Later Tuesday at 4:13 P.M. Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. 18 year old, Courtney L. Hollett of Argos was arrested for theft and unlawful possession or use of a legend drug. Hollett was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $3,005 bond.
On Wednesday, March 20th at 1:47 A.M. Officer Chris Miller was dispatched by 9-1-1 to a residence on Center Street in reference to a fight in progress. Arriving on the scene 29 year old Quentin K. Latham of Colorado was arrested for domestic battery, battery by the means of strangulation and criminal confinement without consent. Latham was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $4,505 bond.
