02/07/13 On Tuesday, February 5th at 8:46 in the evening 18 year old Molly Margaret Rose Thomas and 20 year old Marie Catherine LaValle both of Plymouth were arrested at the Plymouth Wal-Mart for theft. Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to the call and booked both subjects in the Marshall County Jail on $1505 cash bonds each. A court date has been set for both subjects on March 3 in Superior Court 1.
On Monday, February 4th Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch responded to a domestic fight investigation at 1274 Dora Lane about 7:30 p.m. During the investigation it was determined that William A Ferguson age 32 was the aggressor. He was booked into the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery. Ferguson posted a cash bond of $1,505.00 and was released about 8:30 on February. He has a court date set for February, 19 in Marshall Superior Court II.
