02/22/13   Plymouth Officer Bridget Hite was dispatched to the Speedway Station on North Michigan Street about 3:20 Wednesday afternoon for a suspicious male complaint.  Officer Hite was told that the subject had been in the gas station several times throughout the day and was extremely intoxicated.  The suspect, 49 year old Arthur Zick of Plymouth was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $505 cash bond and was able to bond out at 8 p.m. 

Just after 10 a.m. Thursday morning Plymouth units were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn in reference to a fight. Two patrol cars arrived at the room and Officer John Weir saw a female matching the subject’s description walking south on Michigan Street.  He stopped and asked her name.  She gave a name but didn’t know her address or other identifiers.  Officer Weir had dispatch send a picture of the name she gave and found it not to be the same person.  The suspect, 33 year old Billie L. Jennings of Ohio then gave her real name and it was found that she had felony warrants out of Ohio for burglary and drugs.  Jennings was transported to the County Jail and booked in for false informaing and the warrant service.

At noon on Thursday officer Weir responded to an auto accident on South Michigan Street near Felke Florist for a property damage accident.  During his investigation it was learned that 25 year old Christine Mary Montalvo Colon of Plymouth was driving without a license.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operator never licensed.
