03/04/13  On Thursday, February 28th at 3:40 p.m. Officer Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference for a shoplifter. Upon arriving to the scene 24 year old, William D. Freck of Plymouth was arrested for theft and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,505 bond.

At 6:05 p.m. Officer Deisch responded to Adams and 3rd Street in reference to a fight investigation.  Arriving at the location contact was made with 22 year old Zachary A. Graham of Plymouth that led to his arrest for public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.  Mr. Graham was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $1,005 bond.

A few minutes later at 6:13 p.m. Officer Bridget Hite responded to the 800 block of Broadway Street for a complaint of screaming, banging and loud music.  Arriving on the scene Officer Hite heard the loud music but didn’t hear any screaming or banging.  She failed to make contact with both the tenant and the landlord.  Approximately an hour later Officer Hite was dispatched back to the location where 42 year old, Michael W. Flagg of the residence was outside yelling and smelled of alcohol.  Mr. Flagg was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked on a $505 bond.

Later at 7:40 p.m. Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to the American Legion after receiving a complaint about 35 year old, Amanda M. Borris of Argos.  Upon arriving Officer Pippenger arrested Borris on public intoxication charges.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $505 bond.
