09/17/13 On Friday, September 13th at approximately 3:30 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch responded to a complaint of a woman down in the area of Webster School on South Michigan Street south of Oakhill Avenue. Arriving on scene Officer Deisch located 31 year old Andrea M. Feldman of Plymouth. Plymouth EMS was called to the scene and transported Feldman to the hospital to be checked out. She was later arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $505 bond.
Later that evening at approximately 6:55 Officer Deisch located 40 year old Michelle D. Watkins of Plymouth who was known to have an active warrant through Marshall County. Officer Deisch found Watkins in the 300 block of East Jefferson Street while investigating another call. She was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail where she was held on a warrant for Possession of Methamphetamine, Purchase of 3grams or more of Precursors, Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of Paraphernalia Used to Enhance with prior charges. Michelle Watkins was held on a $5,005 bond.
At 9:45 p.m. Friday Officer Jeremy Enyart conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Fifth and Gilmore Street on 20 year old Jorge L. Figueroa Jr. of Plymouth. The stop was for excessive speed and criminal recklessness with a vehicle. After a brief investigation Mr. Figueroa was taken into custody for Operating a Vehicle Without ever having a License. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $255 bond. Figueroa was released on Saturday after posting his cash bond and given an October 22nd Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
On Saturday, September 14th at approximately 11:28 p.m. Officer Deisch conducted a traffic stop at Monroe and Michigan Street on 23 year old Marvin Zuniga Villeda of Plymouth. After a brief investigation it was discovered that Mr. Villeda had never received a license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $255 bond.
On Sunday, September 15th at approximately 2:00 a.m. Officer Wally Derifield located 23 year old Miguel Tochimani of Plymouth. He was taken into custody for Driving Under the Influence, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Bodily Injury and Operator Never Licensed. Tochimani was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond. He was released later Sunday after posting his cash bond and will appear in Superior Court II on September 24th.
