06/07/13 This years American Legion Post 27 squad presents a youthful and inexperienced group of players. This season, players from Plymouth, Bremen, Glenn, Warsaw, Culver, Triton, and Tippy Valley form the team.
With key losses of Walley Dickman, Sean Liedtky, Tanner Andrews, Nick Latham and James Hackworth…Plymouth Post 27 will have to fill some big shoes both offensively and defensively.
Nine players come back for Post 27 including Jacob Frantz, Elijah Nixon, Riley Cartwright from Plymouth; Kyle Liedtky, Tyler Neispodziany from John Glenn; Clayton Adamson from Tippy Valley; Shay Hepler, Jared Lemler, and Peter Shepherd of Warsaw; Bremen’s Wes Burkholder returns for another year .
A couple of newcomers to watch for include Warsaw’s Tyler LaFollette, younger brother of Brandon who played for Post 27 a few years ago.
