06/04/13 The Plymouth School Board will convene on Tuesday, June 4 for a regularly scheduled meeting. The meeting will be held in the red room of the Weidner School of Inquiry. Patrons should enter through door # 7 of Plymouth High School.
During the Consent Agenda portion of the meeting, the Board will consider a change to the duties of Kandi Tinkey from Business Manager/Treasurer to Business Manger. If approved, Lori VanDerWeele is expected to be named Treasurer and a separate bond for VanDerWeele established. Tinkey has handled both positions since July of last year.
Additionally, during the same agenda, the Board will be asked to approve a new Position of Director of Safety and Security.
Business Transactions items include: Consideration of changes to teacher evaluations for the 2013-2014 school year; consideration of Kids Hope USA Mentoring Program at Webster Elementary; consideration of textbook fees; and consideration of a resolution to reimburse expenditures.
Meetings are open to the public, but comments from the audience are limited to agenda items.
