05/06/13 The Plymouth School Board will meet on Tuesday, May 7 in the Administration Board room on Berkley St. The Board will meet in executive session to receive information and discuss the assessment, design, and implementation of school measures, plans, and systems on the topic of safety measures executive content.

Immediately following the executive session, the Board will open up the public meeting on or near 7:00 p.m.

Among other items, the Board is expected to consider maintenance projects slated for the summer. Maintenance Director, Dave Schoof, outlines projects being considered at each building and grounds in the school system; however, the Board has final approval on which projects will go forward.

Other items include: Report on Imagining and Creating eLearning grant; review of handbooks for K-6 and 7-12; consider affiliation with St. Mary’s College; and hear the 2nd reading of Policies and Guidelines.

Audience participation is listed at the beginning and ending of the meeting. Comments are limited to agenda items.
