This past weekend the Plymouth Yoder’s 12U travel team headed to Pierceton to play in the first round of the Town and Country state baseball tournament. The boys went 4-0 in district play and will advance to the semi-state next weekend in Rochester. The pitchers threw two no hitters and they outscored the teams they played 31-2.
Evan Ziegler had five hits and four RBI’s.
Cole Filson had six hits and five RBI’s with a home run
Cam Dennie had nine hits with seven RBI’s.
Austin Arriaga had three hits.
The team pitched well and hit the ball really well. Next game is Friday, July 19th at 7:45 in Rochester.
