05/08/13 On a beautiful Wednesday evening, the Plymouth Yoder’s 12U baseball team traveled to Millersburg. The boys won with a score of 16-3. Ezra Winkle had three hits Clay Hilliard had two hits Cole Filson had two hits and Tim Tremaine had two hits.
Cam Dennie was the winning pitcher. He and Cole Filson each threw two scoreless innings.
Austin Arriaga threw 1 and 2/3 and Evan Ziegler came in for the last out.
Coach Caban said the boys hit the ball, pitched well and played decent defense. The boys travel to Wawasee this Saturday evening at 7.
Plymouth Vs. Wawasee
On Saturday, May 4th, the Plymouth Yoder’s 12U Travel team headed to Syracuse to play Wawasee. Plymouth won with a score of 12-2. Cam Dennie was the winning pitcher with 10 strike outs. Cole Filson came into pitch in the 5th and pitched three innings and had 5 strike outs.
Evan Zeigler had his first HOME RUN of his career and Cam Dennie also had a home run.
Zeigler and Dennie each had two RBI’s. Ezra Winkle had two hits and two RBI’s. Clay Hilliard had two hits. Austin Arriaga had two RBI’s.
Next game is home against New Paris on Wednesday, May 8th. Game time is 7:00 pm.
