05/02/13 On Wednesday, March 1st at 3:40 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Ryan Richey, while on routine patrol, was flagged down regarding a male subject laying on the ground in the Burger King drive through. The male subject, later identified as 24 year old David A. De Los Santos of Knox was found to have two active warrants through Starke County for Illegal Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage and Civil Contempt. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond for Starke County
