01/11/13 On Wednesday, January 9th at 9:41 PM, Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger conducted a traffic stop at South Michigan and Pierce Street. 22 year old, Alysha S. Bradley of Rochester had an active warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear on a felony charge. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
