03/15/13 Plymouth High School played host to a Northern IN Project Based Learning meeting Wednesday. There were 140 participants who came from schools and businesses all over northern Indiana to learn about PBL.
The participants learned the benefits of student learning and engagement in Project Based Learning. Sessions were also held to instruct participants how to implement PBL in classrooms.
Learners from Washington Discovery Academy, Innovation Academy at Riverside, and Innovation Academy at Lincoln Junior High participated in a student panel to answer questions for the educator and business people.
Participants were able to collaborate with others who are learning the PBL process to share project ideas.
