10/1/13 On Friday, September 27th at approximately 7:40 p.m. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Bryant initiated a traffic stop on a dark colored PT Cruiser in the Family Express parking lot on Jefferson Street for speeding. During the investigation it was discovered that the driver, 22 year old Matthew Bailey of Plymouth was operating on a suspended driver’s license. Office’s also located a significant amount of Marijuana and Paraphernalia within the vehicle. Mr. Bailey was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on Possession of Marijuana charges and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
