Strawberry Upside Down Cake

2 Cups fresh crushed strawberries

1 (6oz) Pkg Strawberry Jello

3 Cups miniature marshmallows

1 Pkg yellow cake mix, prepared


Preheat oven to 350

Spread crushed strawberries on bottom of 9×13 pan. Evenly sprinkle dry Jello powder over berries and top with mini marshmallows.

Pour prepared cake mix over marshmallows and bake about 40 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool in the pan 15 minutes, loosen sides with knife and turn cake out on serving plate.

Store uneaten cake in refrigerator.
