08/19/13 Jerry Kreamer of Southern Indiana performed at Miller’s Senior Living Community’s Third Summer Concert Series. Because of the cooler night air the concert was held indoors.
Kreamer entertained the capacity crowd with a variety of trumpet music and his fun humor. Joining him on several trumpet selections was Miller’s Activity Director, Cindy Flagg who is also a member of the Marshall County Church Orchestra. The duo played a patriotic medley, several hymns, and popular contemporary tunes.
The fourth concert of the Summer Concert Series will take place Wednesday, September 11 featuring the Rod Noftsger Jazz Ensemble. The free concert begins at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public. The public is encouraged to bring a lawn chair as the concert will take place outside weather permitting.
