01/25/13 Each nine-weeks the staff and students at Riverside Intermediate School in Plymouth are held to high standards in regards to attendance at school.  A large number of staff and students have perfect attendance each grading period.  Names are drawn at the end of each nine weeks and Teachers Credit Union provides incentives.  TCU representative, Beth Styers presented certificates and coupons to the winners.

Riverside Intermediate School students also participate in Achieve3000 which is a nonfiction reading program.  Students are expected to complete 2 articles per week achieving an average of 75%.  This also involves a written response.  Students who accomplish this place a ticket in the Riverside office.
