04/04/13 On Monday, April 1st at approximately 11:40 A.M. Plymouth Police Sergeant Leo Mangus went to the 300 block of Kingston Road in reference to a warrant service on 19 year old, Allen E. Biggers. The warrant was for theft through Marshall County,
Arriving at the location, the Pointe Apartments on Kingston Road, Mr. Biggers was located in the parking lot and was advised that a warrant had been issued for his arrest. As Biggers learned of the warrant he became agitated and refused to comply with instructions. Plymouth Police Officer Ray West arrived and assisted in a brief struggle with Biggers as he was taken into custody. Biggers was transported to the Marshall County Jail on a theft warrant with a $3,000 bond along with an additional charge of Resisting Law Enforcement with a bond set at $2,005 bond.
He is currently on probation for an October 2012 burglary.
