09/30/13  On Thursday, September 26th at approximately 3:00 p.m. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Ryan Hollopeter participated in an extra patrol assignment on Michigan Road.  This assignment was put into effect after complaints of drivers disregarding school buses on Michigan Road when the buses have activated their flashing lights and stop sign. 

Deputy Hollopeter was following one of the school buses south bound on Michigan Road in the 4,000 block when he observed a black, Dodge Dakota disregard the school bus that was stopped with stop sign out and flashing red lights activated. 

A traffic stop was initiated on 21 year old Anthony J. Textor of Plymouth.  During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Textor was Driving While Suspended with a prior conviction.  He was taken into custody for Reckless Driving and Driving While Suspended with a Prior Convection and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $755 cash bond. Textor was released the next day after posting bond and received an Superior II court date of October 22nd.
