04/22/13 On Saturday, April 13th at approximately 1:15 A.M. Deputy Travis O’Neal with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the Creekside Mobile Home Park south of LaPaz in reference to a burglary and theft complaint. Officer O’Neal discovered that someone had forced entry into the residence while the home owner was gone from the residence. Items removed from the residence were a PlayStation 3 with controller, video games and numerous Blue Ray Videos.
This burglary is still under investigation. The Marshall County Police Department is asking anyone with information to this incident to contact 574-936-3187.
