04/09/13  On Thursday, April 4th at approximately 2:00 P.M. Bourbon Police Sergeant Rick Kanarr responded to Bourbon Family Dollar after receiving a complaint of a female shoplifter.  Arriving at the store the officer was advised by an employee that 44 year old, Tonia Tillotson of Bourbon was seen putting items in her purse.  Officer Kanarr confronted Tillotson in the parking lot and recovered numerous items from her purse that had not been purchased. Tillotson was transported to the Marshall County Jail for theft and booked in on a $1,505 bond.

On Friday, April 5th at 12:30 P.M. Sergeant Kanarr responded again to Bourbon Family Dollar in reference to two shoplifters.

  20 year old, Emily Dutcher of Bourbon and

  21 year old, Dylan Craft of Argos were stopped in the parking lot by officer Kanarr and found to have items from the store that had not been purchased.  Both subjects were transported to the County Jail and booked in for theft and held on $1,500 cash bonds.
