09/03/13 On Thursday, August 29th at 7:07 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Matt Emenhiser responded to Wal-Mart in reference to two shoplifters. Arriving at the store Officer Emenhiser located and arrested 28 year old Lisa Cummins and 32 year old Robert Bauknecht both of Plymouth. They were transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on Theft charges and booked on $1,505 bonds each.
Later Thursday night at 9:20 p.m. Officer Jeremy Enyart conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the US 30 on ramp from Michigan Street. 71 year old Dale F. Dodson of Argos was stopped for an equipment violation. During the investigation it was discovered that Mr. Dodson was wanted on a Civil Warrant for Failure to Appear. Dodson was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $280 cash bond. Dodson was released Friday morning at 1:05 a.m. after posting bond and will appear in Marshall Superior Court II on September 30th.
