05/29/13  On Saturday, May 25th at approximately 6:30 PM, Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Les McFarland obtained information that 24 year old, Lacey Holzwart of Argos was going to be in the area of LaVille High School. Deputy McFarland along with Deputy Jonathan Bryant did surveillance of the area and observed Lacey Holzwart.  She was taken into custody on an active warrant for failure to appear, along with false informing with a $1,005 bond.  Holzwart was also wanted in dealing in a narcotic drug as a class B felony with a $50,000 bond and dealing in a narcotic drug a class A felony and conspiracy to deal in a narcotic drugs a class A felony with an additional bond set at $100,000.

  During the traffic stop a substance believed to be methamphetamine was located and seized.  A passenger in the vehicle, 36 year old Andrew Kirby of Lakeville was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine.  His bond was set at $3,005.

  The driver of the vehicle, 27 year old Herbert J.Turley Jr of Mishawaka was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with his bond set at $1,505.

All subjects was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on set bonds.  A case report is being completed and will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review with formal charges being filed.
