By

10/24/13 On Tuesday, October 22nd at 2:07 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer John Weir conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Angel and Webster Street on a vehicle for an equipment violation.  During the traffic stop the driver exited the vehicle and continuously kept disregarding officer’s orders and was taken into custody.  K9 Jax was walked around the vehicle and indicated a positive hit for the presence of narcotics.  A search of the vehicle produced a gallon size Ziploc bag of marijuana along with digital scales and cash.  The 17 year old juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Muncie Juvenile Detention Center.

A gallon sized bag of pot, scales and cash.

I hope this one gets tried as an adult or we’ll just see him/her back next year for a felony conviction.
