10/15/13 On Saturday, October 12th at approximately 9:15 a.m. John Weir initiated a traffic stop at US 30 and US 31 on a vehicle for speeding. The driver was identified as 30 year old Jory L. Harrold of Bourbon. During the course of the investigation of the traffic stop it was found that Harrold had an active warrant out of Fulton County for Manufacturing of Methamphetamine. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Fulton County.
