06/ 07/13 On Tuesday, June 4th at approximately 5:52 P.M. Marshall County Deputy Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Glenn Overmyer Drive and State Road 17 for multiple traffic infractions. During the investigation the driver, 31 year old Glenn C. Linderman of Warsaw was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended license.
Marshall County’s K-9 Arras was requested and indicated a positive hit for the presence of narcotics in the interior of the vehicle. Mr. Linderman was found to be in possession of numerous forms of methamphetamine and marijuana.
The passenger in the vehicle, 68 year old Larry D. Scutchfield of Plymouth was found to be in possession of multiple pills classified as schedule II and III controlled substance.
Both subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where their bonds were set at $3,005.
