11/07/13 Triton Cub Scout Pack #254 and their parents took the initiative to trim two trees and remove two more trees this past Saturday at Triton Elementary School.  These trees had blocked the line of site from the sidewalk to the school and the school to the playground.  Triton School Superintendent Donna Burroughs said, “They did an outstanding job. Take a look at the west entrance of Triton Elementary School to see their handy work.”  She closed by saying, “Thank you to Mary Hayes and Jonah Best for their leadership on this project.”

Those involved included: Jack Gahn, Alex Gahn, Isaac Lemler, Esailas Lemler, Ethan O’ Connor, Wyatt Hayes, Keegan Best, Josh Lemler, Ethan Shively, Brenden King, Darrin King, Ben Firestone, Kevin H., and Olivia Shively.

Burroughs said, “This could not have been possible without the help of the Pack Leaders; Jonah Best, Jeremy Weissert, Amber Barnes, Billy Hayes, Jay King, and Andrew O’Connor, and the very willing families of our scouts.”
