12/30/13 Boy Scout Troop 251 recently hosted a meal to raise funds to buy gifts for a family in need in the community.  The traditional Christmas style dinner is an annual event with proceeds used to help purchase gifts and canned goods for a preselected family each year.

Other contributors included Al Eisenhour Home Improvements and members of the First United Methodist Church who faithfully attend the dinner each year.  The boys spent a troop meeting wrapping the gifts which were then presented to the family.

Troop 251 is a local Boy Scout troop comprised of boys from throughout Marshall County. It meets on Tuesday evenings from 7 – 8:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Plymouth. For more information about the Troop contact: Michael Stephan, Scout Master.   574-498-6550.
