03/28/13 On Tuesday, March 26th at approximately 9:30 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller conduct a traffic stop at Oak Drive and Jefferson Street on a vehicle that failed to yield to traffic. During the investigation 18 year old Rueben J. Delion of Warsaw was arrested on charges of Illegal Transportation of Alcohol by a Minor and Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Delion was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 bond.
