10/25/13 Last Friday, Webster staff and students participated in a “Hat Day” to show their support for one of their own who is battling a rare form of cancer.

Kindergartner Marcelino Lindner, pictured here with a student from each classroom wearing their favorite hat, was diagnosed with Desmoid Fibromatosis this summer.  With the support of staff members, students, and their families, as well as others in the Plymouth community, Webster was able to provide Marcelino’s family with over $1000 to use for his medical and travel expenses to receive care in Indianapolis and Bloomington.

You can follow Marcelino’s progress and learn more on Facebook at Marcelino’s Story for Boo’s Buddies.
