12/03/13  On Friday, November 29th at 4:33 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Chris Miller responded to 420 Alexander Street to investigate a fight that had taken place.  After conducting a brief investigation 19 year old Chelsea Howard and 18 year old Quentin Howard both whom resided at the residence were arrested. Also arrested were 19 year old Zachary Bixel and 18 year old Kalin Lord both of Argos.  All four subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Chelsea Howard was held on a charge of battery resulting in bodily injury and false informing.  Quentin Howard was held for battery resulting in bodily injury, illegal consumption of alcohol and false informing.   Zachary Bixel was booked in for battery resulting in bodily injury, illegal consumption and false informing.    All three were held on $1,505 cash bonds. Kalin Lord was booked into the Marshall County Jail on an active warrant through Howard County and held with no bond.

On Saturday evening November 30th at 6:04 p.m. Plymouth Officer Jeremy Enyart responded to Michigan and Baker Streets in reference to a property damage accident.   The victim involved in the collision told the dispatcher that the male driver involved in the accident was asking him not to call the police.  Once officers arrived on the scene it was determined that the driver, identified as 58 year old Theodore A. Mahler of Plymouth was intoxicated and failed all field sobriety tests. Mahler was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating while intoxicated endangering a person and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.   Mahler was held on a $1,505 cash bond.
