03/20/13 On Tuesday, March 19th at approximately 1:07 A.M. Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to Centennial Park in reference to a verbal argument. Arriving in the park the officer made contact with a male subject that advised 42 year old; Barbara Jo Finney of Plymouth was “out of her mind.” Officer’s then spoke to Finney who was found to be intoxicated and unable to communicate complete thoughts to officers. They considered her to be a threat to herself. Barbara Jo Finney was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was held on a $1,005 cash bond and given a Superior II Court date of Tuesday, April 2nd.
