Naylor Arrested for OWI and Possession

  02/27/14  On Tuesday. February 25th at approximately 4:15 A.M. Officer Wally Derifield with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on South Michigan Street near the cemetery. During the course of the traffic stop it was determined that 32 year old Bryan Naylor of Plymouth was Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a prior charge and was found to be in Possession Of Marijuana. Mr. Naylor was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,505 cash bond. He was released at 1:50 P.M. Tuesday afternoon and received a Superior Court II date of March 11th to appear for his initial hearing.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
