The Plymouth Baseball program is having its first Christmas Bazaar and Quarter Auction on Saturday, December 6th from 10:00am-4:00pm. The quarter auction starts at 3:00pm sharp.
In case you are not familiar with the term “quarter auction”, it is part raffle, part auction, part fundraiser and it truly keeps participants on the edge of their seat! The auction works similar to bingo, when you arrive you will be given a numbered paddle for a donation. Once the auction begins, the announcer or one of the helpers will hold up the item that’s up for bid and will announce whether the item is a “one quarter” bid item or how many quarters… then you use your paddle to bid on items.
The bazaar will be held in the gym and cafeteria area at Riverside Intermediate School.
At this time, Ryan Wolfe, the Plymouth High School Baseball Coach is taking vendor applications. If you or anyone you know would be interested in having a booth, please contact Wolfe via email at rwolfe@plymouth.k12.in.us or you can reach him via phone at 574-835-5167.
If you would like to donate items for the team to sell at the auction you can contact Coach Wolfe as well. The money raised will go towards the purchase of a new pitching machine for the Plymouth High School Baseball Team.
