At 18 year old Plymouth teen was arrested Monday evening for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Just before 6 p.m. person reported that his vehicle had been struck in the Taco Bell parking lot and the suspect left the scene. A witness was able to provide a description and partial license plate.
About 2 ½ hours later Plymouth Officer Shanna Gilmer located the vehicle backed into a parking space in the 500 block of North Walnut Street.
The driver of the vehicle, 18 year old Hector Martinez of West Jefferson Street was booked into the Marshall County Jail for leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Martinez was given a December 9th court date.
