01/07/14  2-1-1 services are operational and available to help anyone in need in our community.

Due to circumstances out of their control, they were forced to cease operations for a short period of time Sunday from 6pm to 8am Monday morning. This is the first time since 2-1-1 became available in 2004 that the Center was forced to cease operations.

2-1-1 serves 100% of the people in Indiana. 2-1-1’s services help improve the quality of life for our callers, especially the most vulnerable ones, by taking the “guess-work” out of getting help when needed and making vital connections to community programs that allow individuals and families achieve stability and even thrive.

Housing, utilities and food are critical to family safety and stability.  We are here to help our citizens, our emergency responders, local service providers, and our state and local governments to make sure that all Hoosiers come through this situation safely.
